According to multiple online reports, here are some of the conditions in Kanu's bail;

1. He is expected to provide three sureties -

(i) must be a serving senator,

(ii) a Jewish religious leader and

(iii) a highly respected person

2. The above persons must own a land in anywhere in Abuja.

3. The bail bond is N100 million for each surety.

4. He was also ordered never to grant any press interview pending the outcome of his trial.

5. He will not be in a gathering of more than 10 persons.

6. He won't be given back his international passport until further notice.

7. Nnamdi Kanu will be allowed to go home after meeting the above bail conditions as a result of negotiations with the Federal Government.

Justice Binta Nyako who is the presiding judge, said Kanu's bail will be revoked if any of the orders are flouted, as she however denied other accused persons bail.
