Shocker! Passenger Caught on Tape Threatening to Falsely Accuse Driver of R*pe (Photos)

The uber driver and his passenger

A female Uber passenger threatened to call r*pe on her driver, after he said he didn’t have a charger for her mobile phone.

Dashcam footage shows how the driver endured over eight minutes of threats, abuse and racial slurs from the unruly passenger.

The video, recorded in the Bronx in New York, has sparked a backlash against the woman with many praising the ‘patient’ driver, according to the Daily Mail.

The film shows the woman shouting from the back seat: ‘I’m going to start screaming out the window that you’re raping me, that you r*ped me. ‘I will punch myself in the face and tell the cops you did it. You wanna play?’

An Uber spokesperson today said the woman has now been banned from using the cab service.

The driver, who has worked for Uber for more than two years, continues to stay calm throughout the altercation.

As the row escalates, the woman, who has not been identified, screams: ‘Donald Trump is going to send you and your family back. Get the f*** out of my country.’

The woman is believed to have launched the tirade of abuse after the driver told her he didn’t have a mobile charger for her to use.

She is heard yelling: ‘I’ll call the cops right now…I’m going to tell them you’re holding me against my will. You’re going to jail for domestic violence.’ The driver quietly tells her: ‘If I don’t have a charger, politely ask me. I’ll politely tell you, ‘I’m sorry I don’t have a charger”.

Ordering the long-suffering motorist to call her boyfriend from his phone, she says: ‘I will punch myself in the face and tell the cops you did it.’ Eventually, the woman agrees to get out the car, after shouting at pedestrians from the window in English and Spanish.

Once alone, the driver tells the camera: ‘This is how Uber drivers go through every f****** day, man. People would disrespect us, talk s*** to us like it’s nothing, man.’

An Uber spokesperson said: ‘The behaviour in this video is abusive and completely unacceptable. As our Community Guidelines make clear, this will not be tolerated by anyone who uses Uber.

‘The rider’s account has been banned and Uber is looking into this incident.’
